If you are interested in this program you are probably pregnant and interested in ways to calm any worry or apprehension you may have, while also easing your discomfort and childbirth when it comes round. The ideal time to use this program would be in the few last weeks before your due date, although to cover for uncertainty, it would do no harm to go fully through the program a little earlier and if you find it helpful, come back to it nearer the time and refresh your memory.

I don't know if the techniques you will use in this program will all work for you, so all I can do is let you experience how I regularly help mothers-to-be, and let you find out for yourself.
The program is in two parts. Firstly, you watch a 30 minute video in which I will not only describe how you are likely to feel and behave as you get closer to delivery, but I will also explain how you are going to use this program to quieten down any worries (either past non-related, or present) you may have, and focus your mind on helping the birthing process along in every way it can.
Then, the second video which also lasts for approximately 30 minutes, contains the active treatment. After watching the five minute introduction, you will be asked to close your eyes and simply listen to my voice as I run through several simple processes which you should find helpful. This video should be used at least three times - preferably with a week or so between each use.
When re-using the treatment video, you can skip to about 6 minutes in to find where the active treatment begins.
If you feel the program is helping, and you would like to use it more often, there is no harm in this.
