If you are interested in this program you are likely to have suffered from depression since giveing birth, which may be recent or in some cases perhaps a few years past.
When you suffer from thie emotionally distressing, you are most likely to suffer from at least some of the following symptoms.
Difficulties at work
Feeling a loss of control
Distressing thoughts which you may be uncomfortable sharing, or even admitting to yourself
In some rare cases, you feel like harming yourself or your child. If this is tha case, while this program is likely to help you - YOU MUST SEEK IMMEDIATE HELP FROM YOUR LOCAL MEDICAL PRACTICE
No form of treatment can help absolutely everyone - and this program is no exception tp that rule.
Post-natal depression can sometimes start because of difficulty in accepting the new responsibility for your child, or because of a lack of confidence in your own motherhood skills, or again it may be more related to either past distressing events before your delivery or very real current life pressures which you are finding hard to deal with. There can be many different causes for this condition.
If at least one element of the cause of the condition relates to events before, during or after pregnancy - which have been really distressing for you, then this program will help you to understand, then at least treat those locked-in past distressing memories. This should bring you at least some welcome relief and in many cases allow the PND to lift entirely.
I don't know if this will work for you, so all I can do is let you experience how I regularly treat this condition and let you find out for yourself if it helps.
The program is in two parts. Firstly, you watch a 30 minute video in which I will not only describe how you are likely to feel and behave when suffering from this condition, but I will also explain how you are going to resolve the most probable cause in the second video. Then, the second video which also lasts for approximately 30 minutes, contains the active treatment. After watching the five minute introduction, you will be asked to close your eyes and simply listen to my voice as I run through several simple processes which you should find helpful. This video should be used at least three times - preferably with a week or so between each use.
When re-using the treatment video, you can skip to about 6 minutes in to find where the active treatment begins.
If you feel the program is helping, and you would like to use it more often, there is no harm in this.
