If you are considering this program, either you are now living on your own but still struggling to come to terms with the effects a past relatiuonship has had on you, or you are in a new relationship and are finding that the 'baggage' from your previous relationship is getting in the way.
In either case, this program will really help you to calm down these past distressing memories in such a way that they will never bother you again. Once the are 'out of the way', you can get on with your life and new relationship if you have one, without being haunted by your past. You can live in the present.
When 'baggage' is affecting you, you are likely to have at least some of the following symptoms....

This program will help with virtually all forms of previous distressing activity - mental, emotional or physical.
The program will help you to understand, then treat the cause - those locked-in past distressing memories. Of course no single form of treatment can be guaranteed to work for everyone, but all I can do is let you experience how I treat 'baggage' and let you find out for yourself if it helps you.
The program is in two parts. Firstly, you watch a 30 minute video in which I will not only describe how you are likely to feel and behave when suffering from this condition, but I will also explain how you are going to resolve the cause in the second video.
Then, the second video which also lasts for approximately 30 minutes, contains the active treatment. After watching the five minute introduction, you will be asked to close your eyes and simply listen to my voice as I run through several simple processes which you should find helpful. This video should be used at least three times - preferably with a week or so between each use.
When re-using the video, you can skip to about 6 minutes in to find where the active treatment begins.
If you feel the program is helping, and you would like to use it more often, there is no harm in this.
