If you are considering thios program, you will have suffered some form of sexual abuse in the past. This may have been recently, or perhaps many years before. In either case, you are likely to be suffering from some of a wide range of symptoms such as....
Difficulty forming and sustaining a relationship
If you are in a relationship, you may not be able to fully engage and contribute
Find sex unfulfilling
Experience flashbacks to past distressing evevnts
Difficult in meeting certain people, or going to particular places
Sudden inexplicable emotional mood swings
For most people, a sound relationship with a partner is a very high personal need and if you are struggling with the above, you may well be finding this impossible to achieve, which of course exacerbates your overall emotional distress.
In some cases, the formal process of 'after-care' may have been almost as traumatic as the abuse itself. Police, doctors, counsellors, court cases, distressed family members and friends who may be reacting in distressing ways that you would not have predicted.
If whatever happened to you is recent, you may be feeling very emotionally raw. If it happened some years ago, perhaps even in childhood, although you will have learned to cover it up - you know the pain is still there, and you also know it's getting in your way and that you seem to be powerless to prevent it.
No form of treatment can work for everyone and this program is no different. Having said that, in the program you will at least learn why you are thinking, feeling and behaving as you are and also what is most likely to be the cause. Your distress is clearly rooted in past events, and it is these which need to be treated - not bt talking about them and being forced to remember and relive the experiences over and over again, but instead in a quiet, safe and controlled way.
The techniques you will be using in the treatment will help to calm you down these past distressing memories and allow you to regain control of areas in your life which are concerning you.
The program is in two parts. Firstly, you watch a thirty minute video in which I will not only describe how you are likely to feel and behave when suffering from this condition, but I will also explain how you are going to resolve the most probably cause in the second video.
Then in the second video which also last for around 30 minutes, you will be asked to close your eyes and listen to my voice as I run through several simple processes which you should find helpful. this video should be used at least three times with a week or so in between each use.
When re-using the treatment video, you can skip to around 6 minutes or so to find the beginning of he active treatment.
If you feel the program is helping, and you would like to use it more often, there is no harm in that.
Part one - understanding
Part two - active treatment
If you would like to discuss a particular aspect of either the program or your own specific situation, let me know and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can.

Many thanks to Peter Dickson for allowing me to use his wonderful music not only as the background to the treatment videos, but also as I have worked with people on a one-on-one basis every day for the past twelve years. You can find all about Peter and his music on his website at
The particular music you will hear on these treatment videos is a track from 'Alone with you'
