If you are considering this program, you will likely have some degree of difficulty attending social occassions. This can range from a mild anxiety which may sometimes disappear when actually over the threshold of the event, or it may result in very distressing panic attacks which may totally prevent you from attending such and event.
So the symptoms you are likely to suffer will vary widely, but at least some of the following should be present when you are confronted with atttending (or even thinking about) a social event.
IBS or stomach cramps
High blood pressure
Heart beating heavily
If you have suffered from this for some time, you may have developed either strong coping techniques where even although you suffer quite distressing symptoms, you can still go to the event regardless, or you may not - in which case, you will probably have mastered a range of avoidance techniques.
The problem is, that when you don't go to these events, you may dimish your life and perhaps fail to make new contacts or friends, therefore becoming extremely reliant (needy) on those few people closest to you - and this on it's own can cause further problems for you. But you will already be very aware of this.
This fear will undoubtedly be rooted in your past. It may be a recent occurence has triggered this behaviour, or perhaps something from as long ago as childhood. Either way, these past distressing memories need to be treated, and that's just what this program will help you to do.
The techniques you will be using in the treatment will help to calm you down these past distressing memories and allow you to regain control of areas in your life which are concerning you.
The program is in two parts. Firstly, you watch a thirty minute video in which I will not only describe how you are likely to feel and behave when suffering from this condition, but I will also explain how you are going to resolve the most probably cause in the second video. Then in the second video which also last for around 30 minutes, you will be asked to close your eyes and listen to my voice as I run through several simple processes which you should find helpful. this video should be used at least three times with a week or so in between each use.
When re-using the treatment video, you can skip to around 6 minutes or so to find the beginning of he active treatment.
If you feel the program is helping, and you would like to use it more often, there is no harm in that.
